Question What payment methods do you accept?
AnswerWe accept all Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, and other payment options such as WooPay.  If you have questions about paying with a check or money order, please contact us!
Question Do you ship internationally?
AnswerYes! We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on the location we are shipping to. If you don’t see your region when you are filling out your shipping information,  or for any other questions regarding shipping, please contact us!  Please NOTE: All our items are wired for 115VAC, 60 Hz.
Question Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
AnswerIf you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can still help you make changes or cancel if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Question Do I need an account to purchase items?
AnswerNo, an account is not necessary to purchase items, we have a Guest Checkout option! However, if you sign in with an account during purchase there are benefits to doing so, such as having access to your accounts purchase history, as well as saved payment methods and addresses.
Question How can I track the order I just placed?
AnswerWhen you create an order with us, you should receive an order confirmation to the email you provided during checkout. When that order ships, you should receive another email with the details of the order and a tracking number, so you can watch the journey of your product from us, to you!
